3. Return Eligibility
Returns may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories
- The item is in resellable condition, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. Used, installed, altered, or damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for return unless the issue was present on arrival and reported within the required timeframe.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide next-step instructions if the claim is approved. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
Customer-paid return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Trackable shipping recommended: For any approved return, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return is fully processed.
Restocking fee: Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund. Do not ship any item back until you have received written return instructions from our support team.
6. Refunds and Replacements
- Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will determine whether the order qualifies for a refund, replacement, store credit, or another resolution
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to an error verified by us
- If a replacement is approved and available, the replacement will be processed after the return review is completed
7. Exchanges

10. Shipping Scope
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, international destinations, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.
Orders placed after the 2:00 PM CST cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
